How to Obtain Technical Assistance
Radio Patch
If a day technician (TA) is scheduled during the morning or afternoon,
he or she can usually be contacted by calling over the radio patch. To
do this, simply
- dial 8721
- wait for the tones
- then give your message and where you can be reached.
Usually is it a good idea to give your message twice.
- Press "#" to disconnect.
Tech Offices
You can also try calling directly at 8607. If this fails, call the
switchboard operator at 0.
